I bought a product from Naaptol.com, The offer mentioned on their site are to push the damage goods to the customers. I recently purchased a mobile VOX IE7 Full TOUCH SCREEN Slider Mobile with QWERTY Keypad.

After i received a parcel the courier person did not allow me to open without paying the money. This is because they have sent a damaged goods. Then i compromised on it and made the payment the courier went off from my place after getting the money. When i opened the parcel and switched on the mobile.

And i started using it and then i found the product is not working. The touch screen was not working the product got hanged. I also complained to the customer support. They customer service agent promised that i will receive a call from the concerned person in 48 Hours.

I waited for more than 72 hours (3 days). I did not get a response from them. When i called back Naaptol and checked on this issue. The are telling that they did not mean it as 48 Hours.

and they meant it as 48 Business Hours.

It was a worst experience purchasing products from Naaptol.com. It has disappointed me very badly.

Monetary Loss: $85.
